Aurora Borealis 2025-03-21

Faint aurora in horizon. Stable green wide arc buildup - even wider than what my 14mm could reach. Allowing for substorm forming couple of interesting pillars and nice colours. At least 4-5 different color variations visible (besides green) ranging from blue, purple/magenta to red/pink. Subtle (and less dominant) auroras on mid latitudes gives more space in your image for stars and stuff 🙂 ...like the very faint milkyway left to middle, although this is all you get of a milky way with 4s exposure… Substorm with vivid pillars came 10 minutes after i left….I learnt the hard way that when you have a solid green arc it is a good starting point for further acitivity and you should await patiently :-)
